These transaction terms cover every transaction (sale of products and their shipment ) between the user and the company with the name “GKOKI LP” and the distinctive title “MANAVEIS” [hereinafter “Company”] through the website(site)/eshop www.manaveis.gr [hereinafter “manaveis.gr”]. By accessing or using any part of the site, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms of use. 
Please read them carefully, at regular intervals, in order to be informed of any changes. Changes will be made without notice to users and it is  your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the manaveis.gr following the posting of any changes, constitutes acceptance of these changes. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Manaveis.gr tries to be as accurate as possible, in terms of the features of the products that appear in the online store. However, manaveis.gr is not responsible in case the features, or other content related to products sold through the online store are inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or generally with errors.

PRODUCT WARRANTIES
The Company accompanies the products available through the website with the relevant manufactures’ guarantees, where such guarantees exist. The Company does not offer any further guarantee (time or otherwise), except in cases where such is expressly provided.
In case a customer wants to make use of a warranty of a product provided by the manufacturer, he himself undertakes both  the communication and the cost of sending the defective product to the manufacturer. The Company does not offer service for the products available on manaveis.gr onlilne store and does not stock parts other than some of the products come with.

SAFETY USE
Most products supplied by the Company to the user are accompanied by instructions for use. The products should always be used in accordance with these instructions. The Company bears no responsibiity for any injuries or accidents caused by incorrect use of the products. In the event that the user of the manaveis.gr online store faces a health problem, he/she should visit a doctor before purchasing and using any product procured from the Company’s website. The Company bears no responsibility for the use of the products by people with health problems.

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
Neither the Company, nor any other party (whether or not involved in producing, maintaining or delivering this Website), shall be liability or responsible for any kind of loss or damage that may result to You or a third party, as a result of Your or their use of our website. APPLICABLE LAW-DISPUTES
Any dispute that is related in any way to the use of the manaveis.gr online store or to the products or services sold through it will first be attempted to be resolved out of court. In case such a solution is not reached, the disputes and related issues will be resolved in the competent Courts of Athens.
