Returns & Cancellations
A necessary condition for the return of products is that they have not been used and that their packaging has not been opened or altered (by the term “altered” we mean any action that has altered the original condition of the packaging and the product irreversibly). The same applies to products that have special security tape and this must not be tampered with, under any circumstances.
All goods must be accompanied by their proof of purchase.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
A. Upon receipt of your order, please check the condition of the product and the intactness of its packaging, in order to identify any obvious defects. In the event of incorrect product shipment, which will be due to our Company or suppliers, the customer has the right to return the product, as long as he informs the Company immediately (within 48 hours of receipt). In this case, the return costs are borne by the Company.
B. As long as your order has not been shipped, you can cancel it at any time:

C. If your order has already been shipped you are responsible for the shipping/return costs. The products you want to return must be accompanied by all the documents that accompanied them when they were sent, be in an intact condition with the packaging closed, completely undamaged.
After receiving the returned product and if the above mentioned conditions are met, we will proceed with communication with the customer for the immediate change of the product or the return of its value (Right of Withdrawal within 14 calendar days). In that case, the customer will receive a refund of the value of the product. In the event that our staff determines that the product is not in its original good condition, or that it has been a damaged or incomplete packaging, the return will not be accepted by the Company.
D. Please note that returns from the Dress me up category will not be accepted.
