Payments & Shipments

The listed prices of all products sold in the manaveis.gr online store, are retail prices and include the corresponding VAT. The final cost of each order is calculated after packaging and shipping costs are added to the retail price.
The customer will be informed about the final price before proceeding with the check out.

PAYMENT METHODS

1. CASH ON DELIVERY: additional service charge + 2,00€ 
The payment is to be paid to the courier employee (cash only), at the time of delivery of the order

2. BANK DEPOSIT: you can deposit the total payment to the following bank account:

When depositing the money in the bank, you must give as reason of the transaction the “order no”, as well as your name. Please send us an email to [email protected] to inform us about making your payment (bank deposit, order no, name). When depositing to a bank account via Internet banking any deposit costs are charged to the depositor. In the event that you do not inform us by email about the deposit of your money, we bear no responsibility for any delay that may occur. The deposit must be made within 3 business days from the day you placed your order. If you do not notify us for the deposit within this time, your order will be automatically cancelled. Your order will be shipped when we receive your payment.

SHIPMENT OF GOODS
We utilize our own courier services to deliver most orders within the area of Attica.

We make every effort to deliver the orders within the indicated time, however the Company is not responsible for delayed receipt of products on holidays, or due to bad weather or other third party factors.

• GIFT PACKAGING: If you wish your products to be wrapped in gift packaging you should mention this in the order comments. We will be pleased to do so at no extra cost.
